Real Estate Law
The sale or purchase of any real estate involves not only negotiations as to the purchase price, but negotiations as to inspections, repairs, timing concerns, etc. It is a process that generates considerable documentation and correspondence in the ultimate preparation and finalization of a sales contract. A good attorney cannot only review the accuracy of an agreement, but determine what items are lacking or not completely covered. It is of no use after the contract has been signed and closing completed to realize what should have been done before the sale or purchase of a home. Much litigation could be avoided if the Seller or Buyer of real estate had an attorney involved throughout the entire transaction.
